Sean at Pinpoint was amazing from our first meeting. He was very timely in his responses to any questions I had on the project. He sent out a crew to do the first phase of the project and after power washing and stripping the deck it looked amazing already! Then the rain hit for the next 3 weeks and didn’t allow for the deck to dry enough to be sanded and re stained. During this process Sean always communicated with us about the next phase and pushed to get our project finished as soon as he possible could. They just completed it yesterday (the first two dry days in a row the last 3 weeks) just like he told us they would. The deck looks brand new and amazing.
